- April 24, Mon.: 10.25 mi. on Katy Trail (4 mile Tempo: 6:45, 6:41, 6:38, 6:12)

- April 26, Wed.: 1.5 mile warmup; 26 laps at about 90 seconds per lap; cool down for a total of about 9 miles (run felt good--red-lined it, but not crazy)

- April 28, Fri.: 14 mi. @ 7:13 pace average (good running with you Steve!)
