- Mon., Feb. 13: No Running--right foot still sore--thought it'd be good to take a break and continue to let it heal--hope to pick it up tomorrow...

- Thurs., Feb. 16: 3.25 on treadmill in a.m. (will take rest of day off--foot still hurts)
