Well, not sure what to think, but last week I started running about 2.5 miles every day. Felt decent--and this week I've increased it a bit. Did 4 on Sunday, 4.5 on Monday, then 10K yesterday, and then 4 at the track this morning.
This weird injury in my left leg has been getting better--but wow--what a slow process! Every day is an improvement, but it's sure taking lots of time.
I just can't wait till I can get back into some serious training--just nothing like that! It's such a good feeling to crank out some good, fast miles. But in due time...
